"I appreciate the 24/7 airport shuttle. on my arrival at PHX, I called to request the shuttle, and learned that there was an emergency and the shuttle was not running. but I was instructed to take a taxi, save the receipt, and I would be reimbursed for the cost of the taxi when I checked in to the hotel.
That was a nice accommodation.
I then took the hotel's airport shuttle on the morning of my departure. and that functioned perfectly.
Check in was smooth, and the desk clerk was very helpful...

"5 Stars – Exceptional Hospitality and a Wonderful Home Away from Home!
I’ve stayed at SpringHill Suites in Scottsdale four times since I began traveling to the Phoenix area for work, and there’s a reason I keep coming back!
The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the fitness facility is a great amenity. I especially appreciate the complimentary breakfast, which offers an impressive selection, including plenty of healthy options such...

"In general terms it was fairly good.
The young man who checked my wife and I in (dark hair, very white skin, 5'11"ish and several bits of metal in his face) was rather sarcastic and not as subtle as he may have thought. A bit smarmy, if you know what I mean. Not a pleasant experience.
On our first night we were awakened intermittently by television noise through the wall(s). The next night, being Monday night we hoped who ever was making noise all the previously night would be gone....
