"Ni and the team made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped inside. We had multiple check-ins throughout our stay and little surprises for the kids. We LOVED the pool - the slide is super fun. And the breakfast buffet was great - all staff we interacted with were absolute angels! Lovely property but the staff really set this place apart. Well done team!"

"The hotel was very classy with excellent service. Breakfast was amazing with good selection. Location was perfect to be picked up by tour service. Plenty of places in walking distance to shop and eat. Good for family and couple stay."

"Checked in Melia Chiang Mai, when we opened the door and entered the room, we could only describe it as "Wow"! The space is spacious and comfortable, and the interior is clean and tidy! The surrounding environment is also quite quiet, and there is a night market nearby, which is very convenient! We dined in the restaurant twice, once at noon and once during happy hour, and the service was very friendly! I believe we will come back to stay again!"

"I was very impressed with this property. Stunning hotel. We were given a big shopping bag of water and snacks upon arrival and had fresh fruit in the room. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Highly receommended."

"Location: 10 minute taxi ride from airport. No disturbance from flights at hotel. Hotel taxi from/to airport very efficient - 300 baht each way (per journey, not per person). No great views from hotel but think most hotels in Chiang Mai will be similar. Hotel well located. Getting around: Grab (Uber equivalent) excellent and dirt cheap.
