Location is good for the HK CEC, but otherwise it is a bit far to get to conveniences like transportation, coffee shops, restaurants etc - safe and pleasant surroundings, but a 10 minute walk to get places. A very good stay indeed, highly recommended!"

"It’s a really nice hotel with good service. The problem we had was accessing with a baby buggy. For both entrances they are not exactly barrier free. The main entrance has stairs or forces you to walk on the road with cars, the second rear entrance has a lot of stairs and you basically have to carry the buggy up this flight of stairs. They need to reform these aspects of the hotel. "

"I cannot rate this property high enough. It was exactly what I needed for my 10day stay in HK. The staff was incredibly attentive, generous, pleasant as well as beyond competent. From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "
