Ngong Ping 360 platform is like 10 minutes walk only, and the Citygate outlet mall is just at the hotel’s doorstep. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, too. Overall, we will stay again in Novotel Citygate when we visit HK in future. "

"The airport shuttle only stops at the Novotel Hotel in Tung Chung, which is not convenient for travelers. As we had just arrived in Hong Kong, we were unfamiliar with the area and found it confusing to walk from the Novotel to the Silveri Hotel."

"Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help."
