"Convenient location on Lake Tahoe Blvd & easy parking. Rooms have been nicely renovated, but definitely use the earplugs provided as the street noise and any talking from the adjoining rooms is quite loud. Mattress a bit on the firm side if that’s not your thing."

"The over all stay was decent and staff was “invisible” in a good way. Available if needed but not underfoot. We were far enough off the main highway that it was very quiet. Lots of trees and shade. The thing that destroyed our stay was the fact that there are NO CHAIRS or a couch. Nothing to sit on with any back support. We resorted to bringing in our lawn chairs we were using on the beach. There was no table of any kind either. They had two small bookcase type stands and two backless...

"So I've stayed at this location twice. I've also stayed at least five other locations in the same area. The property is decent. But the biggest downside is there is literally no view except the parking lot from the rooms. Also parking is crazy tight. Also there is no Management in the offices. The rooms are decent but feel unprivate. I will not stay this location again"

"Day time staff was much more helpful than evening staff. Air conditioning worked very poorly in my room. When I first contacted the front desk and probably five men showed up to my room to try to fix this which was a bit weird since I’m a single female. The comments they need towards the end were inappropriate. Either way air conditioner wasn’t fixed. There never was a difference in the cooling of the room. On top of it when I reminded the front desk girl - Erika, that the ac still wasn’t...
