"Convenient location on Lake Tahoe Blvd & easy parking. Rooms have been nicely renovated, but definitely use the earplugs provided as the street noise and any talking from the adjoining rooms is quite loud. Mattress a bit on the firm side if that’s not your thing."

"My family is owners there & we had the worst experience as a family there in the last 30 years we’ve stayed there. Their reservations manager Paula treated our family horrible. Probably last summer I will ever visit this property."

"Isolated location but convenient for hiking, fishing, etc. Cottages are well constructed and comfortable. Try to get one a bit away from the restaurant. Good choice for younger travelers looking to enjoy the outdoors; not so much for older people with any mobility issues."

"Day time staff was much more helpful than evening staff. Air conditioning worked very poorly in my room. When I first contacted the front desk and probably five men showed up to my room to try to fix this which was a bit weird since I’m a single female. The comments they need towards the end were inappropriate. Either way air conditioner wasn’t fixed. There never was a difference in the cooling of the room. On top of it when I reminded the front desk girl - Erika, that the ac still wasn’t...

"Had a room on the second floor, there is no elevator on the property. Our room does not even closely match the photos in their ads. Looks like the setting for a 70s porn movie. Mirrors around the bed and hot tub. Hot tub did not appear clean, we did not use. Needs updating!"
