It is right across the street from the Newcastle train and metro station, which gives easy access to many beautiful places near Newcastle (e.g., Tynemouth, Durham, etc.). "Staff very friendly on arrival. Room was lovely and airy, clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and shower was clean and spacious. Breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely and served with a smile. I managed to get a parking space but there was not many. Reception were very good at saying where else you could park."

"A lovely welcome from the lady on reception and super helpful. The room was spacious with everything you need and we had a lovely view across the river. Only downside was the bathroom. The shower was very old and you needed to run it for quite a while before it ran hot, wasting a lot of water. I would stay again"
