"Room was a bit dusty the mirror, the lamps and the phone. The sink also had hairs in it when we arrived. Apart from that it was good, spacious room comfy bed fresh towels. Staff was great too very helpful and attentive."

"This place is a real find, exceeding my expectations! The price is excellent for what you get - the rooms are very clean and comfortable, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff and only 15 minutes walk from the train station and central Newcastle. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Staybridge suites and will definitely be back"

"First time at this hotel. Staff were great on arrival. Got to our room which was just ehat we needed but the heat! It was so warm. Did not have a good night sleep with the heat and the pillows were hard. On checkout the lady was lovely. We asked questions about the hotel and she explained what we asked for if we stayed again. Great location. "

"Great location. £12 breakfast was good, proper coffee from the machine too. My room on 3rd floor was great with a king size comfy bed. but my friend was on the 2nd floor and said the shower spoiled her stay. Both have step into baths to shower so a little dated but hers wasn’t the best experience as once inside the bath to shower her head touched the shower head. So not ideal. "
