The floors in our room were so dirty that the water turned black when we showered. We would use a towel to scoot so our feet would not be dirty after showering. ..."

"room was clean. I liked the walk-in shower with the entry grab bar. TV worked ok. . The air conditionaer needed to be serviced. It was so noisy at times I had to turn it off... then of course the room heated up. I suggest you WASH all windows inside and out. that would have given me pleasant view ..."
