"Room was tired, dirty (used tissues and smears of something on the wall) and in poor condition. Small and uncomfortable bed. Facilities in common areas (eg water machines) not working. You have to pay extra to use the pool but then when we tried to book repeatedly no answer from the spa. Really disappointing ..."

"Room was dated and dirty. Large cobwebs on the ceiling. Stained curtains. Bed was old and creeky. Not great sleep over 2 nights. Also light switches that don't do anything. Picture not quite as room unfortunately either."
