"Great great location. Don’t need to stay near the pier and pay their price. Great value at this hotel, clean , modern, well maintained and excellent location. Bar and restaurant on site so no need to venture out hunting for something. Many friends stay near pier for pre cruises but way more expensive while this hotel is only 10 minutes to pier was way more cost effective. Uber was only 8 pounds. Definitely recommend this hotel for all singles couples and family."

"Second Nature Southampton is a lovely hotel. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a nicely sized bathroom. It’s not a far walk to Oxford Street, where you can find a collection of good restaurants and pubs. St. Mary’s Stadium, the goal of our trip, was an easy twenty minute walk away.
The friendly front desk staff can get a little overwhelmed, as they have to attend to check-ins and the cafe; and if you have an email with your parking confirmation, have it ready, otherwise you may be...

"The setting was unique and ambience in the restaurant was good. The breakfast service was slow. The scrambled eggs were cold, and the bacon was over cooked. They ran out of decaf coffee on the second morning of our stay and both coffee machines were not working. The breakfast buffet area is cramped, too small and poorly thought out. The room was too warm the first night and there was no opening window to let in fresh air. The shower was just a hand shower mounted on the wall, water pressure was...

"We had a one night stay and it was a perfect hotel for this. Check-in was seamless and a lovely room with en-suite facilities was plenty big enough with tea making facilities. Bed was very comfy.
I ate in the evening and food was a good quality and staff really helpful.
The following morning we asked if an extra person could join us for breakfast and were informed this was no problem and we discussed some food intolerances that they had and once again the staff were really helpful and able to...

"The property is a quaint location away from the city center and relatively close to the airport. It was as I expected for the most part. I was just surprised at the lack of air conditioning. However a fan was supplied in each room along with access to fresh air."
