"We stayed for a long weekend at “Almost heaven”. We really enjoyed the location- just a walk across the street to enjoy the dock and small beach area! (We brought our kayak and paddleboards and were able to just walk them over to get on the lake!) The location is great for a trip to the state park and close to town for necessities. "Very spacious home! We were 4 couples and everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen very well stocked. Loved the wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom gas fireplace did not work however. Hope that has been fixed. "

"Great place but was not aware the of how close the other houses were. The cabin behind us which was called "exceeds expectations" was very loud playing music until 3 am. We were not happy about that. Other than that, it was a nice place. Enjoyed the hot tub!"

"Wonderful location - nice house. Could have used a few additions: sleeps 17 but only plates and bowls for 14; only 2 noodles for pool and no other indoor or outdoor add-ons for kids; shower in downstairs bath does not get hot even though sink water is very hot. We had a nice relaxing week."
