This spacious home features central heat and air conditioning, recently updated bathrooms, and new flooring and carpet, giving the entire space a fresh, welcoming feel. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace (please bring your own firewood), or enjoy some friendly competition with the pool table and ping pong table.

The home offers 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests with ease. The main floor features a queen bedroom, while the second floor includes one bedroom with two twin beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with a full bed. A private yard provides plenty of space to relax, and up to two dogs are welcome, so the whole family can come along.

Step outside to enjoy everything that makes this home truly special: a lakefront setting with your own dock slip, perfect for boating, swimming, fishing, or simply soaking in the peaceful water views. Unwind in the hot tub, fire up the grill for cooking out, and enjoy the fresh mountain air in your private outdoor space. (Dock is available Memorial Day through Labor Day). *Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a pre-paid pet fee. When making your reservation, please be sure to enter the number of dogs in the designated pet field when adding the number of adults and children so the pet fee is included in your reservation total. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will result in a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*
