"We normally stay in the city when we go to the footy but this time decided to stay out on the peninsula. We already knew that 13th beach golf course was one of the best around so we had fairly high expectations of their accommodation and we weren’t disappointed. "We really enjoyed our weekend. The cabin was clean, neat and tidy. Great little park tucked away in a quiet area. The communication was excellent, check in and check out was a breeze. The only thing I would say is that it was a bit disappointing that the games room was shut on the Saturday night. My son and I decided to have a quiet night in, assuming it would be open to play ping pong and games (it was open on the Friday night) but when we got back from dinner it was all locked up. "We had a wonderful week with all the family down in Rye at this wonderful home. We had 2 teenagers and 8 adults. The house was lovely and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was fabulous and very well equipped. We loved the big dining table and enjoyed some meals sitting around having great food and wonderful chats. The outdoor area was the winner for the boys who loved both the pool especially the waterfall and the spa with the disco lights at night. We spent many an hour...

"The house was in a great position, walked to the beach and coffee shop just around the corner. The house was freshly painted and had good heating and plenty of room for our large group. We imagine staying in the summer months would be lovely with the decking and views."

"The property photos were misleading and did not reflect the actual property. The kitchen, dining and bathrooms were totally different from the photos. They also said the spa was private but in fact all other rooms surrounding the property could see us. Also upon arrival there were no gowns so we didnt use the spa, whichwas one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. "Vents for evaporative cooler needs cleaning, especially the kitchen, light globes were blown, in most rooms and needing of replacement, mattresses on single beds need replacing as they were very uncomfortable and the spring were diging iinto our back "
