"The room was great. The hotel staff were very helpful and let me park early to do sightseeing before check in. The restaurant attached to it needs work, however. Our waiter wasn’t pleasant, and they had a shortage of menus. Which is odd when the restaurant only had 1/4 of the tables occupied, and I couldn’t see anyone else still ordering."

"In the twenty years staying here at this hotel. I had so many issues, our key cards stop working over five times. Even after being told don’t put next our phones. Putting cards in different locations. Still not working. But the worst thing coming from a day of shopping, whoever clean our room, musty body order in our room, that I had complain to the front day. Manager gave us free breakfast.which no vegan options. This hopefully things will improve next time"

"The hotel is decent and well maintenance. The room was nice and clean and the beds were actually great with newer pillows which doesn't clump up.. that was very nice. Hotel has parking for $25 extra in the back of the location. Very simple clean hotel with no resort fee necessary and just 7 mins walk to Hard Rock which is great for what we were looking for."

"This was our first time staying here. It was SIMPLY OKKK. The Receptionist area needs to have additional staff on duty especially during peeks hours and ALL DINING AREAS SHOULD BE OPENED ALL YEAR AROUND. THE SEASONAL OPTION LOOKS AND SOUNDS RIDICULOUS FOR AN HIGH END ESTABLISHMENT!!!!"

"I like that the staff was prompt in getting us into our room and checking us in before the check-in hours. They also checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and that the room was clean. We were very satisfied with all the help that even the security personnel gave us."

"Old hotel with a new name. Spa tile was old and not maintained. Spa attendant was great. Rooms just painted but they could’ve updated them more. Old tile in the bathroom and poor electrical outlets. Would not go back. I see why no one comes to Atlantic City."

"It was do able for one night but I noticed mole above the beds and stained wash clothes. Also a bad smell of old cigarettes was lingering in the room. The breakfast was good though."

"My wife and I have stayed at. The Claridge hotel several times before and we never had a problem. What we've noticed was there were staff that wasn't very informed about the hotel amenities. The pool was dirty and some guests complained and left the pool area. "Stay AWAY from this place! It’s dirty, blankets are stained, bathrooms are disgusting. The walls and floors were poorly patched up. We booked a non smoking room, and the whole motel smelt of smoke. Me and my family were not pleased about this place. Red carpet displayed false pictures which seemed like the hard rock hotel more than the red carpet it self. It was so bad that we had to find somewhere else to stay. Terrible place to stay."
