"While a clean room, the rest is a mess. The bed is so noisy it awakens one, the microwave didn't' work, the outlet to the coffee maker was dead, the windows haven't been cleaned in this era."

"This is small, cute hotel in a convenient neighborhood location. It is not staffed at night. They communicated well regarding after-hours access. My ONLY complaint is the use of silly, 5-button wall timers for EVERY light switch. I walked into a dark room and could not figure out the three wall devices next to the door. (5-button timer for the overhead light, a thermostat that should be located elsewhere, and some other wall timer. The lights in the room went off as I was taking a shower...

"A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good."

"My stay was amazing, clean room. Comfortable bed. Owner kept in touch , perfect area for everything i wanted to do and i would definitely come back . Everything was great !!!"

"Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. Also it was close to many great restaurants for dining and also enjoying...
