  • This lovely apartment boasts a large open space which includes a queen sized bed, fully stocked kitchen and living area with a gas fireplace. There is a separate walk-in laundry room closet and full bath. The sofa pulls out with a queen sized bed. The apartment is above the garage of a residential home, separate from the house with its own private entrance and assigned parking. It's located in a quiet neighborhood near parks, a grocery store and the bus line, just 4 miles from downtown Seattle and Pike Place Market. If your're lucky, you may wake to the smell of the ocean and catch a glimpse of Mt. Rainier as you sip your morning coffee.

Great Place

What a great place. We thought this would be great even for a week because of how comfortable the room felt. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The location was perfect for us since we were going to Elliot Bay Marina.

This was a great getaway spot. We traveled for both work and pleasure. Easy to get to many downtown locations without the hassel of being downtown. Quiet neighborhood with multiple restaurants within walking distance. Gas fireplace and A/C so comfortable year round.

Great for a family getaway weekend

For what we needed, the studio was perfect. Parked for the weekend, accessible transit close by to get down to the main sights. Comfortable beds and great to have facilities for breakfast & chill out after a long day out & about in the city. Able to walk to a grocery store for supplies & some restaurants close by to walk to for dinner.

Excellent studio!

This accommodation was perfect for two people. Had everything you needed and was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only negative it is it is quite a ways from the city approximately a $30 taxi/uber each way. But a great little pub at the end of the block and groceries nearby.

We loved staying here! It's centrally located - 20 min drive from visitors' hot spots - and pretty close to Uptown Queen Anne, which we absolutely love. The amenities were awesome: washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Roku, Wi-Fi and, my favorite, off-street alleyway parking spot! Instructions were welcoming and clear. Ms. Decker reached out to give us a heads up about some maintenance going on, which was very appreciated! And the bed was sooo comfy! We would absolutely stay again and hope to in the future. We have already recommended to my parents!

The directions from the owners to the cute private parking spot that leads to the stairs that takes you to the very spacious vaulted ceiling studio was fabulous! The area was so close to Barrard area or down town Seattle, it was just so easy.

Just what I was looking for.

This sweet studio was quiet and in a walkable safe neighborhood. Very close the Ballard where the Sunday Market is. Fully equipped kitchen and easy to operate appliances. Water pressure in the shower was fine and the bed was very comfortable. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jackie for making my stay easy and comfortable.

Great location!

Quiet and comfortable! Owners were quick to respond to questions. This rental included everything we needed- bonus that it had a washer/dryer… we got caught in a downpour more than once!
