"What a wonderful couple of days we had here. Hypernym feels like quite an exclusive area of an already impressive hotel. The private entrance was a very sweet touch and a nice surprise. But the room, the room, oh wow, we absolutely loved it. The layout is super smart, it had full kitchen facilities, separate bedroom and a lush bathroom. It felt like a home away from home, to the point that I wish we had a few more days to enjoy it. We will absolutely, 100%, stay here any time we are in...

"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"There should be a quiet hour enforced in the morning - a lady in the tent next to mine was always speaking very loudly at 8am. The paper towels would often run out in the evenings which made it difficult to wash your face. "

No staff on site but staff was very responsive via text when needed. So why a 4 instead of 5? It is located on a busy street, and while the traffic was expected, there were a few nights where it was hard to sleep because the cars stopped at the adjacent traffic light regularly had their music extremely loud until 2 or 3 AM. "A very different hotel to what we in North America are used too. The room is TINY. The bed is tucked into an opening where you cannot walk up the side of bed to get in. You must crawl from the bottom. Not fun in middle of night if you have to get up. A lot of fancy technology in room too. Hard to turn on bathroom light separately. The best thing about this hotel was location. Walking distance to city hall, palaces and waterfront. Staff is wonderful. Price okay."
