Das Bett war unfassbar bequem und die Kommunikation über WhatsApp sehr einfach :) das Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aus dem Dachfenster konnten wir nicht rausgucken, so verschmiert war es. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen :)"

"Wonderful hotel. The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, clean and tasteful. The cozy hour was very popular (as you can imagine), but I can confirm the wines on offer were very good. We had more when we returned from our nights out! Located near the lake, it was a 5 minute walk to a bus stop and 8 minutes to Metro. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too."

"There should be a quiet hour enforced in the morning - a lady in the tent next to mine was always speaking very loudly at 8am. The paper towels would often run out in the evenings which made it difficult to wash your face. "

"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"What a wonderful couple of days we had here. Hypernym feels like quite an exclusive area of an already impressive hotel. The private entrance was a very sweet touch and a nice surprise. But the room, the room, oh wow, we absolutely loved it. The layout is super smart, it had full kitchen facilities, separate bedroom and a lush bathroom. It felt like a home away from home, to the point that I wish we had a few more days to enjoy it. We will absolutely, 100%, stay here any time we are in...

No staff on site but staff was very responsive via text when needed. So why a 4 instead of 5? It is located on a busy street, and while the traffic was expected, there were a few nights where it was hard to sleep because the cars stopped at the adjacent traffic light regularly had their music extremely loud until 2 or 3 AM.
