"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful.

"Really loved all the extras this property offers- laundry in room, kitchen, and we managed to use the sauna before it closed for the evening which i appreciated as we had a long flight back to Canada the next day. Some of the amenities seem very new and up to date, but a few things need replacing. Beds, kitchen etc; were super clean! However we found a used bandaid in the shower sitting on top of the soap dispenser."

"The apartment was spacious and well equipped with full kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My family was happy with the stay. Thanks to the team for giving us a big pot for our seafood cooking.
One feedback is on the cleaning. The floor and wall in the appartment need a good scrub. I was told house cleaning is every other day but it was done twice for our 8 day stay. Perhaps, a broom in the unit would be helpful as well. Overall, I would book again."
