"The room was very clean, but with a strange air freshener smell. Great TV. Staff were just ok, like they didn't wanna be bothered. The pool was very nice. Strong odor of weed the whole 2 days we were there. Weed smell outside and seeping into our room. Breakfast was ok, didn't like the paper plates. Food was good and plenty of it. "Front desk workers were rude and appeared stoned the night we checked into the hotel. The one woman working the front desk in the morning did great despite all of the traffic and rude cruise passengers that were leaving from the hotel. The rooms are dated, drab, and not welcoming. I would not stay here again. "

"The hotel itself was good, the breakfast was hot and had good variety. The only thing that really ruined the experience was having to wait 1:25 for the shuttle from the airport. First I was told to look for a Holiday Inn Express shuttle, and it would be 40 minutes. After 45 minutes I called back and they said it was coming. After an hour they said to look for a Candlewood shuttle. After 1:15 they said it was at the airport, and then it finally got to us and the driver said the bus was full."
