Paradise in Peregian - a little gem steps to beach

Summary:
A beautiful townhouse in one of the most sort after locations along the Peregian shoreline. Enjoy the tranquillity of this relaxed complex of three townhouses. Drift off at night and wake slowly in the morning to the sounds of the ocean. A minute's stroll down to the beach will take you to one of the most secluded sections of the Peregian beachfront. A walk along the esplanade is Peregian Village with its friendly atmosphere, wide variety of cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

The Space:
A beautifully presented apartment (only 2 others in complex) with an ocean view from the top balcony, perfect for a family of four or two couples, located close to patrolled surf beach and minutes from Peregian Village restaurants and cafes.
The kitchen is well equipped for gourmet cooking and includes a coffee machine and quality dinnerware, making cooking a pleasure for friends and family.
Sit back and relax or soak up the sun on the beautiful deck around the large swimming pool.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and balcony with ocean views. The room also has its own television and walk in robe.

The second bedroom has two single beds with extra mattress, with optional to join beds together into a king size bed.

A camp cot,high chair and baby gate is available on request.
There is a back patio with an outdoor setting and BBQ.
Quality linen and towels provided as well as beach towels.
Car parking on site for one vehicle and one visitor vehicle.

Guest Access:
There is a single garage available for parking as well as guest parking onsite.

The Neighborhood:
One of the most sought after areas on the Sunshine Coast because of its natural beauty and relaxed village atmosphere, Peregian Beach is in very close proximity to all that the Coast has to offer. A few steps away, a bus stop with regular buses can take you easily into Noosa Heads and one also connects down to the Sunshine airport.
Gorgeous walks through the National Park and along the most magnificent coast line are just at your doorstep. A choice of fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, a new IGA supermarket and boutique shops are very close by and keep you supplied with all necessities.

Getting Around:
The bus route can take you into Noosa Heads, Noosa Junction (large supermarkets), change depot then through to Eumundi market. Car hire is available at Noosa Heads or the local Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast) Airport which is only a 20 minute drive away. Brisbane is 1.5 hours away, through lovely scenery and is an easy drive.
All information regarding bus travel times and destinations is located at the apartment for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Games and books available at the unit, Netflix is available on the TV for those rainy days or when the kids need some down time.
We would request a five day minimum during the Easter and Christmas break.
We do not supply breakfast, but the kitchen is stocked with 'extras' including sauces, mayonnaise, vinegar, oils, some herbs. The coffee machine will have pods, and there is a selection of teas available.
There is a laundry with a supply of washing detergent.

Interaction with Guests:
We live in Brisbane but will respond to your requests promptly. We do not generally do a 'meet and greet' service and we will leave you to your own devices to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings - on approval keys will be left in a pickup area. If you do wish to be met, please notify me in advance of your arrival time.
