    The property is elegantly styled with modern tasteful amenities and has a fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with dining, living, and entertaining spaces, featuring a wood fire for those winter nights.

    * Strictly no Smoking.
    * Strictly no Pets.
    * We have a rental agreement that needs to be signed prior to stay.
    * For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
    * Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.

Nice place to stay if you are looking for a cozy cottage feel. If you plan on lighting a fire … don’t forget to buy fire supplies on the way … local IGA in Montville has what you need.

An excellent location, the cottage offered a wonderfully private and peaceful retreat for our brief stay. The bathroom was nicely appointed, clean and modern and the property as a whole was a comfortable size to relax with the option of a wood burning stove to provide warmth throughout on a chilly winter evening. Definitely recommend it fellow travellers.

We loved our 6 night stay at The Avenue .Excellent communication from Jonathon. Clean cottage, with quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Top-notch amenities. We ordered the Breakfast and dinner food packages and this was great value with delicious local produce! Perfect place for a couple, private and peaceful with a postcard view. Location is 3 kms from Montville main street so we recommend a car. In saying that, its also a walk with views which we did. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

This was a wonderful stay at this excellent property The communication was particularly impressive, so well done to all of the team on all counts.
