"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. "

"The bathroom inside handel was missing just a wood hole was there. For people who are allergic like myself t pets the ordering process should make sure someone allergic to pets does ot get put on a Pet friendlly floor or a room used with pets. I had to take medication cause I was itchy from animal hair or something and there are more people who have worse reactions than I do."

"We stay at Hotel Providence every chance we get when we see a show at the PPAC (this time we saw the amazing “Lion King”) . . . and—as always—we had a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate, the front desk folks were so pleasant, and the location of this property is minutes away from the theatre. Thanks for another great visit!"

The staff was helpful and did refund our money but it was late at night when we arrived so it was unfortunate we had to go look for another location. The room had a dingy musty smell, the chair and couch were dirty with stains. The bed had only sheets. The entrance looks good and staff is helpful. Maybe we just got a bad room."

They put us on the third floor facing the parking garage where parties happen at night and the street below was so incredibly noisy and echoed up into our room all night until about three or 4 AM and then around 5 AM. We had somebody that might have some psychiatric issues screaming at the top of their lungs to wake the blank up while banging on a street sign for about a half hour… so we had a...
