"We stated at Hotel Julen for 2 days May 7 & 8th to go up the Matterhorn. Our room was very nice and very clean, staff were very friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast had everything anyone could desire. We had supper at one of the restaurants ( Schaferstube) in the hotel on our 2nd night. For those looking for a traditional Swiss atmosphere and food we would highly recommend it. We had the beef fondue which was excellent. Location is excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING. We had burgers delivered to our room on the first night and they were so delicious! "

"Amazing stay at an amazing property. We were picked up promptly from the station after calling. We would have walked the 10 minutes down the hill but it was pouring rain. Rooms were ready and clean. They called a restaurant they suggested to us to make sure they were open (it was the beginning of the shoulder season). The rooms weren’t very sound proofed, but it really wasn’t needed. It was super quiet from 9 pm until 7 AM when the town kind of woke up. There was some construction a few houses...

"This hotel went beyond my expectations!! The "sky room" had the best view of the matterhorn with a balcony to enjoy it. The breakfast was wonderful with buffet And made to order options. The staff was friendly, professional, courteous and went above and beyond in helping. I cannot say enough positives about this say. I highly recommend the Hotel Bellerive. 5 stars plus!!"

"We LOVED Hotel Zermama! The worst part of our stay was that we were only there for one night. It was clean, the staff was friendly, it was a great location, and they even provided free transportation to the train station in the morning. I would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Absolutely incredible stay overall, 10/10. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, seemed to go out of their way to ensure all our needs were met and questions answered. The hotel itself is clean, beautiful with lovely amenities. The room itself was spacious and the Mountain View balcony had the most incredible view of the Matterhorn that left us speechless. "The hotel is beautiful, has really large and well decorated rooms, amazing bathrooms, large balconies, and once you walk outside, you have a breathtaking view of Mount Matterhorn and the river that goes thru the village. The breakfast is great, you get your money's worth. With all this said, the only reason the hotel did not receive a 5 star review was an incident that could have been handled better.
