"We had a great stay at this hotel in Mobile. The location was very convenient, right next to Costco and close to the highway, which made getting around very easy. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it."

"The room was filthy. It had a bowl filled with butter honey in the kitchenette. When I found that, I realized the floor by the fridge was super sticky. I put the bowl at reception. Why was the toilet seat up when I arrived? Why was there honey butter on the nightstand? Rm 224. When I complained, no one even cared! Sheesh! Full refund please!!!"

"Breakfast was very good. The coffee was not even warm . We had to microwave it. Also, no one was cleaning up after customers using the breakfast area. Room was clean and very cold at first. Parking was minimal, but I suppose the next parking lot was usable since the hotel was next to 2 other hotels."

"The email from the hotel states that check in begins at 3:00PM. No where in their welcome email does it state that late check in must be done by midnight. They cancelled our rooms, double booked them with another customer and refused to give a refund. They offered a early check in but all rooms were booked so that verified that our room had be re-booked with no refund provided. Terrible customer service and just ethically wrong to take money from 2 different customers on the same room"

"Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left."

The room was quiet and dark just as we liked. The breakfast was disappointing for Sunday 830-9 am. There seemed to be only one attendant, cold cereal, fruit and breakfast potatoes, drinks available. "I love this place, it’s older but has a lot of old-world charm and character. Don’t expect a Ritz-Carlton experience and you won’t be disappointed. Great location for a quick walk over to Daphne Street for some music and a cold beer. I stay here every time I drive to Florida, never been disappointed!"
