"This hotel is located in a small deserted island connected to Phu quoc by a cablecar working only from 8 am till 5pm. The hotel has no restaurant, same for the island: no restaurants, so no way to have a meal after 5 pm!! You cannot sell rooms in this hotel.!!"

The distances within the resort and the reliance on buggy service can be a bit stressful, as it often involves waiting and can be time-consuming. "Fantastic. Wonderful hotel, wonderful staff. Great breakfast. Brilliant amenities. Complementary foot massage, free airport shuttle bus service, complementary 2 round-trip cable car tickets per room, along with free water park admission for all staying guests. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. One downside, the Times Corner Sky Bar - Rooftop. Which is next door. They play music until 12 Midnight, and it can get quite loud. Especially if you’re staying in a room on the left side of the hotel....

"The room was good but maid didn’t stock with was cloths and extra toilet paper also when ask about wash cloths she told me I have to come get them I told her no so she finnaly brought some also they told me I had to empty the trash and anything dirty I need to clean are pay the maid."

"Room is Ok. They don’t clean yours room if you are stayed a few days. Unless you requested. The view is over look at the beach and shows and convenience as well. You don’t expect too much out of their breakfast. You must wait at the lobby so they can take to restaurant closed by for breakfast. It’s so inconvenient."
