"Nice hotel, not the greatest area, too much for parking"

"Despite the recent renovation the room retains the old odour of cigarette smoke. The room was not the cleanest. Shower curtain smelled musty. Shower had slime mold in the corner, dirty bathroom baseboards and walls. All light switches needed a wipe down. Towels dingy. Looked at breakfast and decided to eat out. Disappointing stay"

"Staff was great and I needed to change rooms because bathroom needed some repairs and they changed me rooms no questions asked. Restaurant was great to have on location and loved being right across from the rink and park."

"The hotel looks nice from the outside and the lobby. My wife is handicapped so we are very careful where we stay. We found 1 available handicap spot and went in to check in. We were greeted with a very accommodating lady at the front desk. She told us there is a $14 parking fee on top of the cost of the room. This is a first for both my wife and I. We have stayed at probably over a thousand hotels. I am not okay with this. Maybe, I overlooked the information of the hotel when I booked it, maybe...

"For the price it was okay. Last time we were double charged. This time was better. Front desk was very helpful. Room was okay. Sheets had stains, toothpaste on the taps still. But we just needed to sleep after a long flight."

"Advertised hot breakfast but was provided with a bagged breakfast you would send with a 5 year old to kindergarten. When questioned the staff was quite rude and barked that I should go to Denny's if I wanted a hot breakfast. "The location was very good. There was a few restaurants nearby and a grocery store along with gas stations, Canadian Tire and Tim Hortons. There were a few homeless people near and around the hotel. Staff was great and the restaurant was quite tasty. No complaints whatsoever. Great experience."

"Comfortable rooms with convenient location. Breakfast perfectly acceptable. Could use upgrade to more modern electronics power connections. USB in base of lamp don’t work. Parking a bit limited. SUV or truck with trailer would be difficult."
