"Hidden gem just 2 blocks from downtown and gorgeous sunsets on the water. Property is everything it states and more! Loved rockers on porch overlooking serene gardens with fountains. Cabin is spacious, super clean and provided everything we needed for our perfect weekend stay. Easy walk to all restaurants and shops. Resident chickens in their palm tree coop were an unexpected bonus and fun to watch. No, they did not make noise in case you are wondering! McCormick Management was a dream to work...

"We had a wonderful few days in Cedar Key. Our waterfront condo could not have been better. We had an issue with the front door and management was very prompt with resolving this problem. We will definitely come back to Cedar Key and hopefully stay in this same condo. It is well done and very comfortable! "

"Described perfectly and beautifully decorated. Management team worked with me on a couple of requests. The only issue we had was the light sconces in the “fish room” would not work so there wasn’t much light especially at night. That issue didn’t affect my rating as it was still 5 stars on everything."

"It was perfectly outfitted with towels, condiments, kitchen utensils. I’ve stayed in a Vrbo like this that was not well equipped so I brought things to use. I really didn’t need them. Great communication with property owner. The place was tastefully and comfortably decorated. Even though there was a pirate festival happening, the are was quiet. I’d stay there again. "

"The condo was lovely and had everything we needed. There were two balconies where I saw dolphins every day. My bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen had a dishwasher which was nice. They had many spices to use. We were right by the beach. I felt safe every day and the community was kind and welcoming. I highly recommend "

"If your looking for a place to just get away and relax Cedar Key is that place. Everything is within walking distance. The 2nd st cafe and Steamers restuarant had great food and service. The Beach Shack was very clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The host responded to all questions/ concerns immediately. "Beautiful location right on the water and exactly as described. Very clean. Loved that we could bring our dog for a small fee. We saw 28 bird species off the dock during our 5 day stay, which was terrific. I believe I saw somewhere in the listing, but can't find now, a warning about the exterior stairs. You will have to negotiate outdoor wooden steps (they kind you can see through) to access the property. If you have arthritis or a fear of heights, this is not the place for you.....but it...
