White Heron Nest is a 2-bedroom remodeled and beautiful apartment with water views in downtown Cedar Key, less than a 10-minute walk to Dock Street!

Great for 1 or 2 couples or families with kids.

This 2nd floor unit offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds, Wifi, smart TVs in both living room and master, kitchen w/ full stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dining table, and washer/dryer. There's also a sizable dining table with plenty of space for 4. Perhaps the most sought-after amenity is the parking, which is right out front with a private overflow lot located a very short walk from the building. Just ask about boat trailer parking!

**For larger groups (up to 8), book along with Blue Heron, which is a mirror of this one and located right next door!**

The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. Carrying things in to the 2nd floor was a little challenging for four 60 women, but after that, we enjoyed the view from there. We could walk to town easily. We rented a golf cart and really enjoyed all the ambiance of lovely Cedar Key!

Our stay was more business than pleasure. The accommodation was more than adequate. Everything kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and bedding was well stocked and very comfortable. Our stay went well couldn’t ask for anything better. Very nice would recommend if staying at Cedar Key.

The apartment was cute and cozy, very clean, perfect location, perfect little island. We will definitely come back to Cedar Key, but I will not book with this property owner again. I had 3 deposits pending on the day we checked out and owner was quite rude when I inquired.

We had an unexpected visit to Cedar Key when my husbands uncle died and we were scrambling trying to find somewhere to stay. They were very accommodating and very helpful for any questions we had. Very quick to respond, which was very nice! Definitely recommend them if you’re needing somewhere to stay in Cedar Key!

We stayed for only a few days after hurricane Debby as part of work/research travel. Particularly with a storm in mind, Lauren was communicative and updated us on the status of the property. Comfortable & Convenient

As a repeat VRBO user, around the world, I was very pleased with the White Heron. My friend and I stayed only one night, between fishing charters (successful) so didn't cook, but found the property clean and comfortable. Our wives would have been pleased by the decor. The beds were comfortable (a comment I always look for in reviews. The neighborhood was fine, and the door code made arrival easy. (Small potential negatives: we couldn't operate the TV -- there must be some trick, so ask; and there are stairs, so if climbing is a problem..... Overall a nice experience and good price for 2 bedrooms. Thanks.

I liked the feel and look of the place. I didn't like the beds because they were too hard. I could not get the tv to work because there was something wrong with the internet or the cable, The outside steps on the stairs needed some kind of aluminum edge or fluorescent so you can see them better.

Great property to stay at for a short trip. Stayed 4 nights and the place was very convenient to everything in town. Bring your own face towel if you wear makeup. The stairs are a bit of a workout hauling things back and forth but doable.

Loved the location for walking around town. Only one of the two bedrooms was usable due to continuous modem noise. Screens in the windows need repair. Rugs need shampooing or replacement. Second floor was not ideal with heavy bags.
