"Loved the upscale and cool vibe of the hotel. Room was very comfortable and a small dresser would have helped with clothes storage. Resorted to leaving some things in our suitcase to slide under the bed. Not ideal for an older adult."

"This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again."

"Rooms were nice and clean. Phone inside the room didn’t work and no one answered when calling from cell but when we walked to the counter we were able to handle our issue. A little inconvenient but problem was solved none the less. Also, the beds were extremely high off the floor. This wasn’t a huge issue for us and I’m not sure if this is the same for every room but you may want to have some rooms with beds that are a little more accommodating to elderly or those with disabilities. "I only stay at this hotel out of convenience. It’s falling apart, the rooms are not clean, and our room didn’t go below 75. The beds are uncomfortable, and the pillows are half pillows. I didn’t even know they made those. Also, the staff is less than thrilled to check in guests. If you can avoid this hotel, do."

"Great location. Easy on/off to I-49. Room was very clean. Great to have a microwave & a frig! We were in town for a funeral and I needed a bed for an additional family member. There were no cots so we had to pay for an additional room. The price is super reasonable though."

Then I took a shower and the water was not going down the drain like it should. I guess the thing was clogged. Just imagine what was in that water. Then, I just wanted to watch some TV or local news and the TV keep saying there was a problem with the internet. Not expecting that I called front desk to ask for assistance and all I got was attitude...
