"Our stay at the Delamar West Hartford was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully designed—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel, from the complimentary breakfast to the cozy outdoor spaces. "I booked this property for an event nearby and it was perfect! I booked the executive suite which was clean and neat and affordable! The outside and the inside are well-maintained! Plenty of shopping/restaurants across the street and nearby! Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area :) plus the staff were exceptional!"

"The staff was super friendly. Our room was large and immaculate. The free breakfast had more items than I usually eat going out for breakfast (not and cold items). The pool and whirlpool were awesome, had great music playing and no one was there. Will definitely go back."

"Immaculate, huge room! Enter through the kitchen living room area with a desk facing a window with phone & device recharging. Around the corner was a king size bed and ample room for the sink outside the toilet walk in shower. Highly recommend."

"Room was clean. The only thing that was not great was the position of the TV in the room. On side of the bed instead of adjacent to the wall. Was hard to watch while in bed. But loved the shower "

"The staff members were very attentive and very respectful. 5 stars to them, give those fine folks a raise!!! Didn't care for the area though, I was racially discriminated against just standing out on the sidewalk along Asylum street. I dont plan on ever coming back to Hartford but if by some act of God, I had to c9me back no matter what, Id stay at the Goodwin."

"Very nice hotel. Beds were comfortable. The heated pool is a nice touch especially if you have kids that love swimming all year long. The breakfast was really good. Would highly recommend. "

"It was extremely convenient since the car rentals are closed when we get in. Shuttle to the hotel, and back the next day to the airport for car rental. Very easy. Good breakfast too."
