"The room was not clean. Dirty tissues on the couch, crumbs on the couch, floor had dirt and hair on it. No mats for wet feet as you walk up the stairs. It was raining as we got there - no hand out map to find your way."

We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "

"The villa is clean, spacious and well laid out. It is also very well equipped and beautifully furnished. The hosts are very communicative and gave us detailed information about the area and directions to the villa. They even followed up with us after our stay, which is rare. The location is good as it is only 10 minutes by car to the Twelve Apostles, Our only regret is that we stayed only 1 night so we were not able to fully enjoy the villa. "We were a little skeptical about staying in a Safari Tent but it was an amazing experience. The ace was exceptionally clean. The electric blanket kept us nice and toasty and we woke to the sound of birds chirping. Overall it was a great experience and my wife said it was the best stay yet."
