"The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. "

The issues experienced in the room included outlets not working. We had 9 devices to charge after busy days and we struggled to have them fully charged for the next day. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to manage. The air blew constantly even when turning up the temperature. The fridge was minimally used but when we put stuff in, it would not make...

"No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. "

"This place is great!!! We have stayed twice over the past few months!! The only thing I would suggest is for the pillows to be bigger. Love the feel of the pillows they have!!!"
