"This place is very convenient, literally 2 minutes walk from a metro station, a mall, Starbucks and so many restaurants. All the tourist attractions such as Haji lane, little India and Bugis street are all 20-30 minutes away walking. Out room was not large but it has everything that we needed. They do not provide Toiletries except for shampoo and body wash and there was no hot water the last two nights, which was frustrating. The lobby looks and smells great. "I had an excellent experience staying at this apartment hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The room was modern, clean, and fully equipped. The highlight was definitely free upgrade to the beautiful river view from the window – peaceful and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, making check-in and everything else smooth and easy. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and attractions, but still quiet enough...

Le plus, une navette est disponible pour aller au beach club de la plage. Deux vélos à disposition également. Une navette est disponible pour nous emmener à l’aéroport. Hotel un peu éloigné de la ville, obligé de prendre un taxi."

"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"A great family hotel. Spacious room with comfortable bed, good bathroom, balcony and small kitchen. Fantastic breakfast every day. Located walking distance to 2 metro stations and Petronas Towers. The staff are great, friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend this lovely hotel."

"I have been a customer for the last 10 years. This place is too solid I don’t bother looking for another guest apartment."

"Travelling is made so much easier with a kitchenette and washing machine, which was our main reason for booking here. Excellent choice as both were more than adequate and included dishwasher, all utensils and crockery, storage, and fridge all discretely built in. Large bathroom though the shower setup in a little side area with spa tub was a little unnecessary, with a clumsy hot cold tap system. Bed configuration and direction is a little strange, facing the window. But spacious, and everything...
