"Very helpful at the desk had a flat tire and took a a bit longer to get the car back. He was kind enough to hold my luggage after I checked out until it was ready! Sewwt guy and lady at the desk! Would highly stay there again coming from New Jersey for Boston!!"

"We booked a suite room with a Jacuzzi. When we arrived in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait about 30 minutes before receiving assistance. We were assigned a first-floor room near the employee area and close to the front desk. "Our air conditioner was broken, didn’t have a microwave and the pool was supposed to be closed due to chemicals being in there but there was no “pool closed” sign."

"The Copley is centrally located. It’s an easy walk to Newbury street, lots of good coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful, warm and welcoming. The valet, though a different company, a little pricey and has a bunch of complaints on Google, were actually really nice, actively helpful, so much so that I opted to do the valet instead of parking across the street for $20 less.
