"A wonderful stay to begin with. There was some construction underway during our stay, hence a bit loud. The pool closes early, so no late night relaxation possible. Apart from these foibles, it was very satisfactory. Great staff and breakfast is amazing."

"Travelling from USA with family we are accustomed to certain amenities. Even though our room had no window, carpets or artwork it ticked all the boxes. The room was clean, bright, had comfortable mattresses and the wifi connection was good. To our surprise the room included a hot breakfast. I would stay here again."

"Hard to find because hidden under construction green shade cloth and poor signage on street. Check in struggled to find my Expedia booking. Gave me the wrong room and not what I booked and then explained my room had a family in it. Given another room with just 1 bed and a mattress for the floor. No mention of wifi. No basic item like toilet paper. Bathroom and shower taps to trendy and confusing to use. Taxi booked for next day was a death trap vehicle that arrived late."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and keep coming back for a reason. The location is excellent — central, convenient, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff is always professional, helpful, and welcoming, which adds to the overall positive experience. That said, the rooms are starting to show their age. While still clean and functional, some updates would definitely enhance the comfort and appeal. "
