"This was a great location for our young family! Lunch and nap time was easy as the short walk to and from the beach was so short. Our area of the beach was less crowded as well."

"The house was clean, cozy, well organized and convenient for everything we needed. We were so comfortable, the only thing we went out to buy was ice cream. The neighborhood was perfect - far enough from the main highway that we didn’t hear any kind of traffic or disturbances, but still only a few minutes from the beach. The jacuzzi and grill were the cherry on top. We loved our stay and definitely plan to return!"

"We came to NC to see the Outter banks. This was a great location to be able to travel up and down the Outter banks. The room was perfect for us and accommodated our needs. The Hosts recommendation to eat at The Jolly Roger in Kill Devil Hills was a great suggestion. This place has an amazing menu"

"Located on the southern side of Nags Head and right across from the beach with a shared boardwalk with another property they rent. Super easy to cross the road and be on the beach quickly. Also right across the street is the multi use path so perfect if you wanted to bring bikes or go for a walk. We did bike a few times down to the piers that were nearby. Was a very quiet area with the heart of nags head and kill devil hills close by as well. Many restaurants, shopping etc. The cottage itself...

"The place was very clean and was a great location. You can walk right to the beach and even to a few good restaurants. The host was very nice and checked on us. It is very intimate seeing as it is all one room but it was perfect for me and my husband. "

"Our stay here was brief, but the owner made sure we had everything we needed. Even dropped off a new coffee maker!"

"Great, I don’t know what else you need the 5 stars says it all. "

"House was great and actually has 2.5 bathrooms and a gate for the deck area. Only complaints were that both outside hose bibs leak and the indoor floors are very slippery, especially for dogs. There’s also not room for 4 cars, we had two (with one under the house) and had a hard time getting out of the driveway. "

An informational binder rests on the coffee table. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Our stay was from 5/8-5/15 prior to the busy season. "

"So pleased with our choice of housing in Paradise 1 in KDH. Very spacious for the two of us, well laid out and clean beyond measure. Kitchen had everything needed and all linens were provided. Minutes to the beach and located in the center of everything, Will certainly chose one of these properties for the future. "
