"Perfect overnight stay. Room was small but well decorated. Good quality bedding and towels. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was unusual and delicious. Would highly recommend. "

"They change my room for me on arrival as i preferred a balcony. The room was lovely. The food in the restaurant was excellent and huge portions and the staff were friendly. All in all a great stay . Fountains Abbey was 10 minutes down the road."

"Great taster stay! Sophie was very hospitiable, excellent choice of food, Breakfast was brilliant, and the room and bathroom very clean. There was nothing not to like, would recommend, and for us to stay again !0/10 :)"

"Our first stay here with friends , but won’t be our last Will return with our pooch as also dog friendly. Very helpful and friendly Staff , rooms clean and comfortable, evening meal and breakfast both excellent. Great location for visiting various parts of north Yorkshire . "

"The friendly owners and a very clean, quiet and comfortable room within easy walking distance to all the amenities make The Grafton a great place to stay. We would definitely book again. "

"We were only there for one night and couldn’t fault the accommodation . My only complaint was the price of breakfast. I agree you could have the continental and the full English but if you only wanted continental you would pay same price of £15. So we opted for no breakfast. "

"Had a lovely one night stay. Richard and Karen were very good hosts. Room was nice, with a very comfortable bed. Good facilities, en-suite. Nice touch was the fresh milk in the fridge, just outside the room for tea and coffee, along with a couple of bottles of water. Also had a couple of bars of chocolate on the hospitality tray! Although property is in centre of town it is on a small side road and is very quiet. Parking is nearby, which Richard directs you to and is very reasonably priced....

"We thought overall the bed was large and comfortable but the pillows were way to hard. I would have liked the option of a softer pillow. Also a fridge would be very nice."

"Not really much I can fault about the property other than the bed was abit small and the noise levels but that’s to be expected in a city centre. Nice room located right next to everything and I will most definitely stay here again. 👍👍"

"Comfortable stay in all. Room and amenities exceeded expectations. Note for those wanting to park, the car park is small. It’s understandable that this fills up, fortunately the convention centre opposite has affordable parking. Will stay again when visiting friends and family in Harrogate. "
