"The room and the entire property was very well presented and fresh. The restaurant was also exceptional with top level table service and a great menu. Only negatives are that road facing room was a little noisy during the morning and evening rush hours and the security light in the room was quite intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stop over."

"We arrived the tv in the room didn’t work we were told it was due to a storm but later found out it was the control box. That was it left to our own devices no sorry we were told free drinks were offered but we didn’t receive anything. At breakfast there wasn’t enough room so again left to our own devices to find seating in the cold bar. We were asked at breakfast if the room needed service or a drink we said service but got neither. All in all the staff could do better. "

"I’ve stayed here many times for business and the breakfast is always good and the rooms always clean. I was here for 6 nights which has been my longest stay. What was really noticeable over a longer period was how EVERY staff member was so polite, helpful and friendly. "

"A lovely position right near the conference centre and friendly staff who are also very helpful. Room was good and the bed firm enough and comfortable. Parking is available but quite tight if there is a few large cars. You are less than 10 minutes walking from the centre of Harrogate and surrounded by good restaurants and drinking bar. I had a very enjoyable time there. 😊"

"The room was clean and the staff friendly. I probably would not come here again mainly because they do not serve breakfast. Their website states that breakfast is made to order and I recall seeing it on the expedia page but then was notified a day before about where to go for food instead. I asked on arrival and they have not served breakfast in 3 years. Inconvenient but not the end of the world. The shower had someone else's soap in it and the body wash was never renewed after use. "Hotel was like a building site for the whole of our romantic break. Toymaster 2026 event preparation took over the entire hotel . Also, there was a parking charge of £18/night hidden in the smallprint; nearby street parking only £12 for 24 hours!"

"Enjoyed stay. Better value than some other similar hotels nearby. Close to town centre. Also like to give thanks to reception staff who who very helpful, kindly charging my iPhone in their office for me when it ran out charge. "

"It was a beautiful stay! The only downside was that the lift wasn’t working and they put us on the top floor with my mom having a disability so it was difficult for her to do all those stairs."
