"Convenient and plentiful parking. Room as expected for price paid. Comfy and included all essentials. Very friendly and helpful staff member at check in. Toilet in room needs mending, however, it didn’t affect my stay and due to not noticing till late I didn’t report it. I’m sure they would have fixed if I’d given them the opportunity."

"arrived at 10-30 at night as a family hotel on first impression was dated tired grubby
room appeared clean but dated stained carpets went to bed at 11-30 we both coukd not sleep as we were itching and scratching the whole time in seperate beds went to reception was offered another room byt we declined we made a judgement that with the state of the hotel and it being 2am what difference would this make as our view was the state of hotel left us with a big question mark.

"The hotel itself was fine. The pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this property was closed.
Then the hotel sent me a parking fine for despite paying for parking and having a receipt which has been nothing but stress to have this finally removed"

"Rooms are unkept
Staff are very rude and impudent. On one incidence, a receptionist came to my room 516 to bang with loud sound, not knock at the door because she did not check their system that I am not due to check out, because I extended my stay with another 1 day despite having stayed for 2 weeks.
I saw and heard other occupant complaining at the reception when I was checking and decided not to involve myself with their breakfast
Parking is not applicable to me.
My experience has not...

The toilet struggled to flush effectively
The shower head because of wear could only be used in one position but plenty of hot water
Personally I don’t like not having a human check in they had a key box and telephone to complete this
The staff were very efficient and friendly at breakfast The continental breakfast was good with a good quality choice If you wanted a cooked breakfast this had an additional cost
