"booked this property specifically because the listing said it had an oven, which was important as I was travelling for a strongman competition and had planned my meals around being able to cook. When we arrived, there was no oven, which completely disrupted my food prep and meant I had to change plans at extra cost.
The stay was also badly affected by very loud roadworks starting after midnight, including a concrete saw and jackhammer, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. I appreciate...

"Its a shared bathroom and isn’t listed like that, Room 1, the bedding was used and the pillow case had blood on it, the pillows are over worn and just lumpy the walls have mould on them and the second wall is in very poor repair with white paint splashed on over grey paint, the floorboards has big gaps between them, the bathroom has a wrap wound curtain where you can barely stand without the curtains touching you that are also very tired, the doors have big gaps and the windows don’t close...

"A very complicated way from the Airport.
First with train, than Tube, than another train and at last with a Bus.
The Code for the key was not correct and I first ask a neighbor for help.
A few minutes later a young man came out and tell us that the code was changed. He don't introduce himself and we thought, that's only a neighbor. But later I thought he was the owner. He turned off the heater every day. The apartment was much small for 3 poeple.
I never would stay there again."
