"Bathroom floor needed cleaning. And bed was horribly uncomfortable.. was given a handicap room.. and bed seemed to be to accommodate that. Lower on one side and horribly uncomfortable.. staff did offer to change room but wasn’t able as affair we were there for would have been missed.. Why put someone in a room like that if you had other rooms to begin with.. have stayed here before but will not again.. For the price room should be clean too"

"Booked the hotel around noon and arrived at 6:00 to check in. Waited for about 15 minutes before they told us they were short staffed and it would be about 45 minutes before we could get into a room. That asked us to leave our name and number and they would call us when it was ready. So, we went out and did our thing and came back at 1:30 in the morning.
