"Great area - we stayed to be close to family. Very walkable. Deli and Pizzeria a block away. Chaja was so very friendly and responsive! No issues whatsoever with check-in or the property. Would happily stay here again!!"

"Lightning in bathroom poor and hard to see when taking a shower. Toilet very small. Not a lot of information regarding where necessities were located. Towels were very used and had a hole in it. Not sure the bed was queen sized. The owners were very easy to communicate with. "

"The location was perfect for our trip. Branford is a very quaint town with lots to see and great places to eat. We came back to CT from SC for our son's wedding on the shore by the ocean and a baby shower at Stony Creek Brewery. This cottage is in the perfect location and has huge potential! "a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A"

The cottage had all the amenities we needed-full kitchen, tub/shower, good sized bedroom, and comfortable living room. The backyard was fully fenced so we had no worries about the dogs wandering off after the turkeys we saw strutting down the road. Our stay was stress free due to easy checking in and out and responsiveness of our host Rob. We will definitely book again. "
