"There were no safe gluten free options. More importantly, I paid for my room while booking. I was charged again for my room at an even higher rate after checking. So I was charged twice for the same room and the same stay and am now working to get the second charge removed."

"The staff was amazing and the rooms were clean. My biggest issue was the breakfast. We like to stay somewhere that has a decent breakfast so we don’t have to stop first thing in the morning. They had juice/coffee, boiled eggs, microwaveable sausage biscuits, muffins, pre sliced bagels. They also had a waffle machine. The first day was ok, we ate what they had and it served the purpose. The second day the microwave was broke and the waffle mix was so thin that it was just burning and not filling...

"Such a cute renovation and close to town, walkable to many places and campus of App State.
The restaurant attached was very good!
Only complaint was we were out in a room and the balcony overlooked the roof, seemed to be plenty of other rooms with a better view. Not a huge deal and would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed in one of the log cabin hotel rooms. The room was spacious, and the fireplace was cute with plenty of firewood available.
However, there were multiple stink bugs that had invaded the room. Also, the glass patio door had smudges, dog nose, prints, or sticky toddler hand prints all over it. The tile in the bathroom floor is cracked. The stairs up to the second floor are slanted and a little treacherous."
