"The guys at reception were very accommodating, check in is at 15:00, which was late for us as we had to be at a wedding in a nearby venue by 16:00. I explained this to the guys at reception who managed to check if on by 13:00, which meant we were able to get ready leisurely, and have lunch before we left"

"It situated right in the town centre. A bit chaotic. The bathroom and toilet had no lock and male and female was sharing, that was stressful having to keep an eye on the door."

"Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back."

"OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved. "Far too hot to sleep in, handheld fans will not blow hot air around a room so really uncomfortable Shower water pressure was awful. You’d get a better shower in fine rain."

"Parking was plentiful and hassle free. Great service at reception and every staff member we encountered were very helpful and polite. Lovely clean rooms and will definitely book with holiday inn Chatham again."
