"The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. "

"My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful.
