"Would be helpful if there was a luggage rack in the room and towel racks and hooks in the bathroom. Gave a rating of "good" because the coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken and the fan in the bathroom was loud, as if a helicopter was about to land. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable."

"It’s what you would expect for a cheap stay. Nothing fancy but it wasn’t horrible. Beds were comfy. If you’re a light sleeper all the traffic and planes might be hard. Their was trees down blocking the side walk and I was told about a $50 security deposit that wouldn’t come out of my account unless their was an issue only for it to come out and then be refunded so just be aware of that "

"The room was nice, clean and the only oddity was the bathroom was so tiny the sink was outside of it. However, it had a fridge AND a microwave where so many hotels these days only have one or the other. It's on a busy street with plenty of food to be found. The breakfast is your standard here's scrambled eggs/make your own waffle sort of thing, expected, neither great nor awful. "Very disappointed with this stay. The hotel claims to be smoke-free but the smell of smoke was extremely strong as soon as we stepped off the elevator and inside our room. It was so bad it gave me a headache, and even opening the windows didn’t help. I also reserved a room with two queen beds but was given a king bed instead due to a “maintenance issue,” which was frustrating since it wasn’t what I paid for. "Parking was good and well lit. Night clerk was friendly and lobby was clean. Room could of used a better cleaning and floors were sticky. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and blankets were clean. I didn't eat at the breakfast so no comment on that. Shower was hot and and showerhead was strong and good. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body wash were good, hotel quality, in big bottles. Towels were clean. It felt like a safe property to stay at. There were some teenagers being loud in the lobby and...
