"The location is great, but very expensive. We like having a kitchen and laundry facility. There is no fan provided, so be prepared in warmer months. The bathroom door is frosted glass and does not reach the ceiling. "

"The view from the windows is incredible. Even on overcast days, you see the ocean and the waves breaking on the beach. The apartment was immaculate. The kitchen is adequate for quick meals or one pot on a burner. The neighborhood is quiet. If you use public transportation a bus stop is only a couple of blocks away. "

"Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced."

"I am an S.F. native and my daughters have been here many times, too, even though I live in Michigan now and they grew up there. We all had a super time renewing our relationship with The City. Best of all, I was able to show my five grandchildren where I grew up!"

"We loved our historic 1930s efficiency/garage, 1 BR w/ kitchenette apartment in quiet Inner Richmond for a family-friendly, active vacation for 2 adults in late July 2025. Howard is a lovely host & was so helpful with advice and assistance when needed. Everything was clean & odor-free. We especially appreciated the bottled water supply for easy daily carry, the entrance shoe rack, & the fresh flowers on the bathroom shelf. "Perfect SF house with original details but good updates. We had four friends total staying for a long weekend, and we all had comfortable beds. Living room was great for hanging out and catching up, and the kitchen was big enough to let us do multiple food preps.Easy access to 19th Ave and traveling around the city."

The place has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Robert was a welcoming host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The decor is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because you will be looking out the windows all the time. We would absolutely stay there again!"
