"Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room. We had a room facing the street but it was still quiet. Great to have the small kitchen for tea/coffee in the morning. The roof terrace with a view of the Duomo is so nice. Did not use spa. Short walk to all sights and neighborhood near hotel has good restaurants and nightlife. "

"My daughter needed a place to stay for an evening. I was able to book this great place from the United States, on line. She said that the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quaint, plus she was fortunate enough to be able to check in early (normally I don’t think so, but I’m not sure). She said that she would stay there again. "

"Ideal location for getting around. Lovely places to eat around that area. Main water taxi stop Guglio just about 5-10 minute walk to accommodation or station walking distance to if coming from the Airport. Lovely to wake up in the morning open the curtains and see the canal boats passing. Only thing l would suggest would be to have coffee making facilities in the rooms rather than main communal area. But that just so as soon as you wake up you can get a cuppa. Would recommend stay here it...

"The room was new, like a museum, very pretty, clean, spacious with living room and kitchen. The cleaner came exactly at 10am. Courteous. We were confused at the beginning when we arrived. Apparently we have to go to another hotel for check-in so make sure to check that before arriving. It's a lot of walk. Also, the location is 15-20min away from the main attraction. Beautiful space. "
