"Do not book this place. The building smells and the unit has not been cleaned in ages. Dirty bathroom.
Upon arriving back at the property hoping to get some sleep and rest late at night after spending the day exploring the city, we found on of the beds was broken!
The center support beam (which was taped to the frame with clear box tape instead of using screws to install properly…) of one of the double beds was snapped down the middle and we had to stay awake past midnight to get it fixed....

The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker. I recommend staying at this hotel."

"On the surface very happy to be staying here great location for Chelsea Flower show. However we had to move rooms as we discovered on the morning of the first night there were bedbugs!!! Ugh. Totally put me off. Manager very apologetic, told us they would send us a copy of the report. Guess what, no report ever received. No compensation offered by way of goodwill either. If you willing to chance a stay (l wouldn’t again) the breakfast was very food."
